Michelle Reeve is an Australian Cosmetic Formulator, Aromatherapist and New Product Developer within the professional wellness sector and in her role at Genaura. As the Founder, Formulator, and Managing Director of the award-winning Waterlily Australasia, she has led innovation in bio-tech beauty since 2002 and recently joined Genaura, a new to market beauty and skincare brand, in 2023 as their Lead New Product Developer.

 

Michelle’s expertise lay within conceptualising, formulating, and bringing to market high-performance skincare that combines advanced actives with pure botanicals. Dr Derrick Phillips is a leading consultant dermatologist based in London, practising at OneWelbeck and Skin55 Dermatology. A graduate of UCL Medical School, he spent over a decade in the National Health Service, including as a consultant at the internationally renowned Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, where he combined clinical practice with pioneering research.

 

Recognised for his contributions to the field, Dr Phillips is widely published in peer-reviewed journals, is a contributing author to a major dermatology textbook, and was awarded the British Association of Dermatologists’ Green Prize in 2022 for his innovative work on sustainability in dermatologic surgery.
